Bolingbrook Plainfield And Romeoville December Market Trend
During the first week of December I illustrated the market opportunities for people thinking about selling their home. Indeed, as I indicated then, it's sellers season. Well, as predicted, the trend of a robust sellers market continues in our area. December's supply of homes has fallen in Bolingbrook while Plainfield and Romeoville remain at November levels. There are under 2 months of supply in The 'Brook.
The number of homes newly listed for sale in December was low.
Ok, that's good for people putting their home up for sale. What about the people who want to buy in these communities. The fact that there are fewer homes available doesn't mean there is limited opportunity. It does mean that buyers need to be vigilant in the coming weeks and keep their search fresh daily.
